Svilen Nikolov is Bulgarian baritone ,born in the beautiful city on the Black Sea coast - Varna. He graduated The National Music School in 1997 with both violin and opera singing. In 2002 he had a Master degree in opera singing with professor Konstantsa Vachkova in the National Academy of Music – Sofia / Bulgaria. He is laureate of the International Music Competition "Hopes, Talents, Masters" (Bulgaria) ; laureate of the National Voice Competition "Katya Popova" (renamed on “Ghena Dimitrova – National Competition”) ; and also he is a finalist in the International Singing Competition "Montserrat Caballe" in Zaragoza, Spain.
