She was Born in Varna, Bulgaria. At the age of 4 she began to play piano and later graduated in the Musical School of Varna "Dobri Hristoff". After that she entered of the Consevatory of Sofia "Pantcho Vladigherov" where she sang with Blagovesta Karnobatlova and the conductor Nedialko Nedialkov. In 2002 she won the First prize in the Competition "Svetloslav Obretenov" and the First and Special prize in the Competition "Parashkev Hadjiev" in Bulgaria. After she graduated in the Music Accademy in Sofia she was admitted in the Musical Accademy in Milan, where she sang in the class of Wilma Borelli and maded master classes with Ernesto Palacio and Giacomo Aragall. In Milan she has debuted in the roles as Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte), Zerlina (Don Giovanni) e Didone (Dido and Aeneas).

After she graduated in Milano in 2006 , she made her debut in the role of Musetta (La Boheme) in the Festival of Puccini in Torr del Lago. She has made numerous concerts in Italy.  In 2008 she won the 59° Concorso As.Li.Co. for the role of Norina in "Don Pasquale", which she debuted with big succes in Como, Brescia,Cremona and Pavia.

In 2009-10 she has been called again from As.Li.Co. for the role of Maria in "La Figlia del Reggimento" of Donizetti, which she performed for the Theatres of Pavia, Ravenna and Como. In February she took part in the concert for the Bicentury of Schuman in Teatro Sociale di Como together with maestro Alessandro de Curtis. In 2012 and 2013 she sang Adina in "L'elisir d'amore", Susanna in "Le nozze di Figaro" ,Rosina in "Il Barbiere di Siviglia", Gilda in "Rigoletto" in Bulgaria and on tours in Belgium and Holland, as well as Violetta in "La Traviata"

In 2014 Ilina sang in "La Traviata", "Il Barbiere di Siviglia", "Don Giovanni" in Varna State Opera and Gilda in Teatro of Modena in Italy with big success. In 2015 she was again Traviata, Norina and Zerlina in Varna. In 2016 she sang "L'elisir d'amore" and "Barbiere di Siviglia" in Varna and Bourgas. She made her debut in the role of Liu in "Turandot" and Mercedes and the World premiere of the musical "The Count of Monte Cristo" from Yves Dessca. In 2017 she debuted in the role of Micaela form "Carmen", and she was again Gilda,Traviata,Liu,Musetta,Norina.  She also made her very important debut in the role of Lucia di Lammermoor.
